WeatherWatch
A proactive roof assurance program designed for multi-site commercial portfolios. Stop reacting to problems. Start preventing them — with live storm monitoring, bi-annual inspections, and annual budget forecasting built in.
Reactive Roofing Costs More
Most commercial property managers only think about roofing when something goes wrong. By then, a $3,000 repair has become a $30,000 replacement. WeatherWatch changes that equation entirely.
What's included

How WeatherWatch Works
Once enrolled, your portfolio is actively monitored and maintained year-round — no action required on your part until we surface something that needs attention.
Step 01
Enrollment & Baseline Audit
We inspect every enrolled property to establish a condition baseline. All findings are documented and uploaded to your account portal.
Step 02
Live Storm Monitoring
Your properties are geo-tagged into our storm monitoring system. When severe weather hits any site, our team is alerted automatically and checks in within 24 hours.
Step 03
Bi-Annual Inspections
Every property receives a thorough inspection twice a year. We document current conditions, identify developing issues, and flag anything needing repair before it escalates.
Step 04
Annual Forecast Report
Every year you receive a condition forecast and capital expenditure estimate for each property — so your finance team can plan instead of scramble.
What WeatherWatch Delivers
40%
Reduction in Emergency Repairs
Clients on the program see emergency repair incidents drop significantly within the first year as proactive maintenance catches issues early.
2×
Faster Insurance Claims
Pre-existing documentation and storm alert protocols mean WeatherWatch clients process insurance claims in roughly half the time.
15yr+
Extended Roof Lifespan
Bi-annual maintenance and prompt minor repairs regularly add 5–10+ years to commercial roofs that would otherwise fail prematurely.
100%
Budget Predictability
Every client receives a forward-looking capital expenditure forecast. No more budget surprises from roof failures your finance team never saw coming.
Frequently Asked
How many properties can be enrolled in WeatherWatch?
There's no minimum or maximum. We've enrolled single-property owners and clients with 200+ locations. The program scales to your portfolio — pricing and account management structure adjusts based on size.
What happens when a storm hits one of my properties?
Our monitoring system triggers an alert to our dispatch team. Within 24 hours of the storm event, we reach out to confirm conditions and schedule a post-storm inspection if warranted. WeatherWatch clients are prioritized over non-enrolled properties for dispatch, which matters significantly in large-scale storm events.
Do repair costs come out of the WeatherWatch enrollment fee?
WeatherWatch covers the inspection, monitoring, documentation, and reporting services. Actual repair work is quoted and invoiced separately — but WeatherWatch clients receive preferred pricing on all repair and restoration work as part of the program.
How does the budget forecasting report work?
Each year, your account manager compiles a property-by-property report showing the current condition score of each roof, estimated remaining lifespan, and projected repair or replacement costs over the next 12, 24, and 36 months. This is based on real inspection data — not generalizations.
Can I enroll properties in markets where you don't currently operate?
Reach out and let us know where the property is located. We're expanding continuously and may already have crews operating nearby. In some cases we can mobilize to new markets for large portfolio enrollments.
What's the contract length for WeatherWatch?
Standard enrollment is annual with renewal options. Multi-year agreements are available and come with additional pricing advantages. Contact us to discuss a structure that fits your procurement process.
