Full-Time
Commercial Roofing Technician
- Nationwide
Install and maintain flat, metal, and low-slope roofing systems on commercial properties across our 50+ active markets. You'll work alongside experienced crews with the best equipment in the business — handling everything from scheduled installs to emergency repair calls.
- 1+ year roofing or construction experience preferred — we also train the right candidates
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
- OSHA 10 or 30 is an asset — we support certification
Full-Time
torm Restoration Estimator
- Remote / Field
Assess storm-damaged commercial roofs, document damage with thorough photo reports, and produce accurate line-item estimates that hold up under adjuster review. Your work directly drives claim outcomes and client trust — and you'll be compensated accordingly.
- 2+ years commercial roofing or insurance restoration experience
- Proficient with Xactimate or similar estimating software
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to travel to active storm markets on short notice
- Experience with adjuster coordination is a strong asset
Full-Time
Commercial Roofing Technician
- Nationwide
Lead crews of 4–12 technicians on commercial installs and storm restoration projects. You'll own the schedule, quality, documentation, and client relationship on every job you run — and you'll have the authority and resources to do it right.
- 3+ years roofing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of flat and low-slope roofing systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and job-site organization skills
- Ability to read plans and manage daily job documentation
- Valid driver's licence; clean driving record preferred
